Need more improvement on customer service quality.

As a user I am NOT receiving any information about my order when it got deliver to me. I got one communiaction when i placed an order that's it. I don't know afterwards when my order got delivered to my address, I got the info from owners after several days, Kindly improve the Service when delivery is dispatch and when it got arriving and when it got delivered that kind of small piece of information if share would appreciate it and added a value to your service.
