It may not be of the right size or color, or in rare cases you might find that it is defective or damaged. What do you do now?

Here is how the Chirukaanuka returns process works:

1. Send a return request through mail or call
   
2. Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.
   
3. Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered. 
   • At present you have only Refund option to have your money returned to you.
     
4. We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
5. Refund of the total amount including shipping cost will be initiated and processed after receiving the product.
   
6. Initiated refund amount will reach your bank in 4-7 working days.
